We are Kim & Sven

Keeping Traditions alive

We believe great bread shouldn't take days to make. We saw so many people craving the taste and health benefits of sourdough, but lacking the time to manage a starter and the whole complexity. As engineers, we wanted to deep-dive and create a solution: Combining traditional values of ancient bread heritage with modern, busy lifestyles. And guess what? WE MADE IT :)

Oma Milly’s Legacy

THE WOMAN WHO TAUGHT US

Milly is Kim’s lovely grandmother, a wonderful soul and an amazing baker - always with a smile on her face and an open heart. Today, she’s watching us from heaven. She loved to bake with simple, fresh ingredients from the farmers market and believed that Mother Earth provides everything we need. Baking was one of her ways to express "I love you" and we carry on her legacy.

From the Earth, with Care

We farm the old-fashioned way: regeneratively. By restoring the soil naturally and planting cover crops between harvests, we grow grain that is rich in minerals and full of life. This mindful rhythm keeps the land alive, producing food that doesn’t just fill you up. It actually nourishes you.
